Beginning May 29, the Michigan State University Extension will offer Mindfulness for Better Sleep, six 90-minute sessions introducing mindfulness techniques toward improved sleep.

MSUE is offering an information session on how to care for trees in one’s yard from 10 a.m. to noon on May 30.
Beginning May 22, MSUE will offer the 90-minute classes at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Attendance is free.
