Saginaw Valley State University and the MiSTEM Network–East Central Michigan Region recognized 20 educators for their contributions to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education on Tuesday, Feb. 21. The individuals, representing schools in seven Michigan counties, were honored as “STEM Stars” at a STEM teachers dinner hosted by SVSU.
