Tracy Wilson presented the “Superhero September 2025” program, a project to raise funds to support Children’s Advocacy Centers in Michigan for members of the Rotary Club of Pinconning & Standish June 12.

Steve Cummings had a hole-in-one June 20, witnessed by Lisa Wright and Dave Hesth. It was a 110 yard par 3, scored on hole #11, using a 45° wedge.
Rep. Hoadley leads House in authorizing sale of Standish Prison
State Rep. Mike Hoadley (R-Au Gres) led the Michigan House Wednesday, June 11, in passing a measure allowing for the sale of the property currently owned by the state and maintained by the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) in Standish. The former prison has been closed since 2009, but MDOC still oversees and maintains the facility and grounds.
