Linda Adeline (Knight) Adcock, 70, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019, in Indianapolis, Ind., surrounded by her three daughters.

She was born July 3, 1948, in Sterling, to the late Keith and Esther (Baker) Knight. Linda went to secretarial school after graduating high school and moved to Flint for a brief time. She returned to Sterling, where she worked at a grocery store in Prescott. She later moved to Twining and then West Branch, where she met and married Gerald Adcock. Together they were active in the Forty and Eight Veterans organization. Linda enjoyed cooking, baking, holidays, crossword puzzles, writing letters, reading and spending time with her family, friends and grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her daughters, Dawn (Robert) Bowman, Amy (Eric) Simpson Niewohner and Mindy (David Walker) Arquette; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, James Knight; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Adcock; previous husband, Arthur Arquette; grandson, Keith Mudd; older brother, Kenneth Knight; and younger brother, Terry Knight.
