Brian Kenneth Frost, 52, of Petoskey, Michigan passed away at Michigan Medicine, University of Michigan on January 12, 2020.

Brian was born on September 17, 1967 to Kenneth and Judy (Keck) Frost. Brian grew up in Petoskey and graduated from Petoskey High School in 1986. Brian was an incredibly successful business owner. His company Brian Frost Landscaping is well known for the beautiful work that was designed by Brian Frost himself. Brian loved to talk, watch NASCAR (Mark Martin was his favorite) and yell at the television, especially when it was about politics. Brian helped to sponsor race cars and the Hot Shoe 100, a race to raise money for cancer. Brian was generous to a fault and would give you the shirt off of his back if necessary. He was well known for his great smile and infectious laugh.

Brian helped to raise two wonderful children, Taylor Frost and Peyton Frost. He married Gretchen (Ostrander) Frost on September 22, 2012. He also has a beautiful granddaughter, Stella Frost.

Brian is survived by his wife, Gretchen Frost, his two wonderful children, Taylor and Peyton Frost and his beautiful granddaughter, Stella Frost. Also, his loving mother, Judy Frost along with his dedicated sisters, Leanne and Krista Frost. Along with other family members, too many to name.

Brian is preceded by his loving father, Kenneth Frost.

In lieu of flowers, we are asking that you please donate money to Braveheart Estates. Brian loved his father immensely and anything that he could do to help veterans was a priority to him.

The service will be held at the Wolverine Free Methodist Church, 5756 W Main St, Wolverine, MI on Saturday, January 25, 2020. Family visitation will begin at 11 am, with general visitation at 12:00 pm. The service will begin at 1pm and will be followed by a luncheon.
