Anglers brave storms for Doc Harpham shootout

Although rain and storms were in the forecast, the annual Doc Harpham Memorial Walleye Shootout June 24 still drew more than 100 boats full of walleye fishermen looking to haul in the biggest five-fish stringer and the guaranteed prize money that came with it. Not long after weigh-ins got under way, the skies opened up and rain began to fall at the DNR state docks.
