UPDATE: Whitney/Baldwin Drain tax bills

ARENAC COUNTY — A representative from the Gladwin County Drain Commission will be arriving Friday, Dec. 26, to review Arenac County's Whitney/Baldwin Drain troubles.

According to Arenac County Board of Commissioners Chairman Raymond Daniels, the representative will arrive at 9 a.m. and will be compensated in the amount of $15 per hour.

"If she can't get 'er fixed on Friday alone, she'll be back on Monday," Daniels said.

It was reported on Dec. 16, on arenacindependent.com, there was a glitch in the programs Arenac County uses to calculate tax bills for the county.
