Car Motorcycle accident south of Worth Rd. overpass backs up I-75 for miles and miles

ARENAC COUNTY — Traffic was backed up for miles and miles in and around Arenac County and surrounding counties, as the Fourth of July travelers hit the road after the weekend.
A car and motorcycle accident happened on I-75 just south of the Worth Road overpass.
Injuries from the accident were not life threatening according to Michigan State Police Sgt. Ron Taylor.
Traffic was backed up all the way past the M-61 exit, just outside of Standish.
There also was a reported accident in Alger at the intersection of M-33 and Maple Ridge Road, according to Taylor.
It is not known if there are any injuries.
