There are less than 24 hours left to sign up for the MiVirtualCareerFair, a state-sponsored, online career fair to be held Aug. 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job seekers can participate free of charge. They will have access to employment resources, the opportunity to upload their resume, and the chance to interact with employers and fellow job hunters.

Thirty-five employers from various industries will be featured, making it the largest to date.

The state of Michigan has sponsored 12 MiVirtualCareerFairs since 2012. As a result, over 140 employers and 20,750 job seekers have been connected, according to the event’s website.

Although the career fair lasts only six hours, all job postings are accessible to participants for 30 days after the event.

Registration information can be found at michiganvirtualcareerfair.com.
