St. Mary’s of Michigan Standish Hospital held its 25th annual Arenac County Senior Olympics & Health Fair the morning of July 11. While the games themselves had a late start, attendees had the chance to learn about area health organizations and hobbies like woodworking, basket weaving, quilting and gardening. Quilts and classic cars were on display, and seniors had the chance to play specially adapted versions of tennis, baseball, golf and horseshoes before lunch was served.
