Brent Baker
The NEMC's top teams held serve Friday at Tawas, which started with the Braves' 77-34 victory over Pinconning. Rachel Adaline scored 31 points while playing little more than a half as Tawas quickly took a 30-4 lead and stayed unbeaten in league play. Pinconning's boys, also still unbeaten in NEMC contests, held off the Tawas boys 56-45 and hold a three-game lead with four league games to go.
