Scores - Feb. 13-15

Linda Eyer
It wasn't much of a surprise Friday when Pinconning wrapped up its first NEMC boys basketball title since 2000 with a win at John Glenn and Hale topped Posen to reduce its "magic number" to one. But the season's biggest surprise, Ogemaw Heights' girls, continued to roll with a 53-36 defeat of Standish-Sterling — the Falcons' ninth straight win — to set up a rematch at Tawas Area next Friday with a chance to catch the state-ranked Braves atop the NEMC.
