Pinconning school board member charged with sexual misconduct
PINCONNIG — According to reports, Keith Bock, 51, a member of the Pinconning Area Schools Board of Education is facing criminal sexual misconduct charges.
News reports state that Bock has been charged, in Bay County Circuit Court with three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual misconduct, use of force or coercion.
Reports state the allegations come from an adult woman related to Bock. The charge is a high-court misdemeanor, and is punishable by up to two years in prison and a $500 fine. Bock is free on a $5,000 bond.
Bock’s will appear Circuit Judge Joseph K. Sheeran is scheduled to begin April 5 reports show.
Pinconning Area Schools Superintendent Darren Kroczaleski said that as an elected official, Bock would have to resign or recalled to be removed from the board.
“As of right now he is still proclaiming his innocence,” he said. “Right now these are allegations and he is still a member of the board.”
