Many people gathered at the Alger Cemetery Monday, May 26, to join members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary during a Memorial Day ceremony. The event included lowering the American flag and then raising it to half mast, the playing of Taps and a rifle salute. Prior to the ceremony, Bikers 4 Kids provided guests with coffee and donuts.
