Lady Spartans crush Alcona

PINCONNING — Pinconning got 22 points from Lauren Pilot and 20 from Jessica Vidalez to pace a 60-29 victory over Lincoln-Alcona on Tuesday.

The Spartans, winners of three of their last four, led 32-20 at the half, then blew the game open with a 19-5 run in the third quarter.

Pinny's 4-8 mark gives the Spartans their most wins since a 12-8 2003 season and is more than they've had in the past two years combined.

Lauren Silver scored 10 points for Alcona (4-6), with Shelby Kubbe adding nine.
