ARENAC COUNTY — It’s February 17, 2009. You’re watching “The Price is Right.”

Suddenly you lose signal. The show’s over.

This situation is likely if you don’t have a digital converter box, television with a digital tuner, or use a cable or satellite provider to watch television.

That’s because Fe. 17, 2009 the analog signal currently used for watching TV will only be used for emergency services, said Liz Dzuiban, owner of Little Joe’s Appliances and Computers, LLC., in Standish.

Will you lose your television signal? What can you do? Find out in the Arenac County Independent on April 9.
