Children and their families lined the banks of the Rifle River in Sterling during the Sterling Sportsmen Association's annual youth sucker tournament April 18. The tournament registry was at the Sportsmen's clubhouse, and from there participants tried to find the hot spots along the river. The tournament began at 4 p.m., with weigh-ins scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
