Baseball Spartans dominate Gladwin

PINCONNING — Pinconning had just six hits against Gladwin in Tuesday's Division 2 pre-district contest against Gladwin, but the 12 runs those hits produced were more than enough to support Lucas Foco, who tossed a no-hitter for the Spartans.

Brett Saha had a three-run double and Charles Hine had a two-run double as Pinconning improved to 32-2.

The Spartans take on Tawas Area in Saturday's 10 a.m. district semifinal.
