AuGres tops Oscoda in basketball opener

The AuGres Lady Wolverines gave new coach Steve Gingerich a win in his first game as head coach, with a 40-15 home win on Monday. The Wolverines, who were led by Emily Lutz's 14 points, took a double digit lead early in the second quarter, never looking back in a game that was never in doubt. AuGres moved to 1-0 with the win.
