AUGRES — AuGres-Sims led 24-14 late in the second quarter but couldn't hold on as the Wolverines dropped a disappointing 37-32 homecoming decision to Hale in high school football action Friday, Oct. 2.
The Wolverines led the entire contest before Hale punched in the game-winning touchdown with 13 seconds to play.
The Wolverines slipped to 2-4 overall and 0-3 in the North Star League after the loss.
