Members of the Standish American Legion Post 104 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3724 were joined at the Arenac County Courthouse by several community members for a Veterans Day ceremony Nov. 11. The ceremony included a message read by VFW Quartermaster John Harrow, taps played a bugler, a color guard presentation and a rifle salute.
