Greg has been a reporter at the Herald for close to a year. Originally strictly a sports reporter, he has branched out on his coverage areas while working here. He graduated from Ferris State a little more than a year ago.

Having a sports writing background, Greg said he loves sports. If it's a team in Michigan, he's likely a fan. He played some sports in school, but said he realized before college he'd be better at writing about them. 

He said his other love is music. He owns a guitar, which he "attempts to play," but he mostly enjoys listening to people who can actually play.
